Wij hechten veel belang aan de bescherming van persoonsgegevens van onze kandidaten, werknemers en overige bezoekers van onze website(s) of anderszins personen die gebruik maken van onze diensten.

Op de websites van EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. (hierna ook: “wij” of “ons”) is de onderstaande Privacyverklaring van toepassing. Deze Privacyverklaring beschrijft hoe wij, als verwerkingsverantwoordelijke, uw persoonsgegevens (gegevens die verband houden met u of die uw identiteit tonen) verzamelen, delen, gebruiken en/of anderszins verwerken, conform de Algemene Verordening Gegevensbescherming (“AVG”).

Persoonsgegevens die worden verwerkt

EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. kan persoonsgegevens over u verwerken, doordat u gebruik maakt van de diensten van EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. of gelieerde ondernemingen en/of omdat u deze zelf bij het invullen van een contactformulier op de website aan verstrekt. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. kan de volgende persoonsgegevens verwerken:

– NAW-gegevens / telefoonnummer / e-mailadres
Om (online) op een vacature/openstaande aanvraag te solliciteren of (online) contact met ons op te kunnen nemen, vragen wij een aantal gegevens van u op. De gegevens die opgevraagd kunnen worden zijn dan uw NAW (Naam, Adres, Woonplaats)-gegevens, telefoonnummer, e-mail en Curriculum Vitae. De gegevens die gevraagd worden wanneer u (online) solliciteert, worden gebruikt om uw sollicitatie te verwerken, te beoordelen, te beantwoorden en eventueel tijdens een verdere verwerking in het kader van een (verleende) opdracht.  Ook kunnen wij deze informatie gebruiken om u aanbiedingen te kunnen doen of om informatie te verstrekken omtrent de dienstverlening van EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. Wanneer u deze gegevens niet aan ons verstrekt, is het mogelijk dat EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. uw sollicitatie niet verder in behandeling kan nemen.

– Uw IP-adres
Op onze website worden algemene bezoekgegevens bijgehouden, waaronder het Internet Protocol (IP)-adres van uw computer en het tijdstip van opvraging en gegevens die uw browser meestuurt. Deze gegevens worden gebruikt voor analyses van bezoek- en klikgedrag op de website. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. gebruikt deze informatie om de werking van de website te verbeteren. Deze gegevens worden zo veel mogelijk geanonimiseerd en worden niet aan derden verstrekt.

Incidenteel houden wij u op de hoogte van nieuwe trends en ontwikkelingen rondom onze organisatie. Deze komen in de vorm van een e-mail u tegemoet en u kunt zich ten alle tijden afmelden voor deze dienst.

Ook zullen er periodieke managementrapportages gemaakt worden met gegevens uit onze database als stuurinformatie of om aan onze rapportageverplichting richting onze klanten te voldoen. Het betreft hier rapportages van kwaliteitsnormen. De rapporten worden geanonimiseerd aangeleverd op basis van totaaltellingen en gemiddelden.

Google Analytics

EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. maakt gebruik van Google Analytics om bij te houden hoe gebruikers de website gebruiken en hoe effectief de Adwords-advertenties van bij Google zoekresultaatpagina’s zijn.

De aldus verkregen informatie wordt, met inbegrip van het adres van uw computer (IP-adres), overgebracht naar en door Google opgeslagen op servers in de Verenigde Staten. Lees het privacybeleid van Google voor meer informatie. U treft ook het privacybeleid van Google Analytics hier aan.

Google gebruikt deze informatie om bij te houden hoe onze website gebruikt wordt, om rapporten over de website aan EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. te kunnen verstrekken en om haar adverteerders informatie over de effectiviteit van hun campagnes te kunnen bieden.

Google kan deze informatie aan derden verschaffen indien Google hiertoe wettelijk wordt verplicht, of voor zover deze derden de informatie namens Google verwerken. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. heeft hier geen invloed op. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. heeft Google geen toestemming gegeven om via verkregen Analytics-informatie te gebruiken voor andere Google-diensten.

Bewaartermijn

Wij bewaren uw gegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is om de doelen te realiseren, waarvoor uw gegevens verzameld worden. Inhoudelijk betekent dit dat wij uw gegevens tot 1 jaar bewaren nadat deze aan ons zijn verstrekt, of 1 jaar na de laatste dag waarop u werkzaam bent geweest bij ons, tenzij de wet anders aangeeft.

Vier weken voordat uw gegevens uit onze database worden verwijderd, zullen wij u hiervan op de hoogte stellen. Wij bieden u dan ook de mogelijkheid om uw gegevensopslag te verlengen voor een additionele periode van 1 jaar, zodat wij u kunnen blijven bemiddelen.

Delen van persoonsgegevens met derden

EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. kan uw persoonsgegevens delen met de volgende partijen:

  • Ondernemingen in dezelfde bedrijvengroep als wij, zoals de moederorganisatie en/of zusterondernemingen;
  • Instanties of partijen aan wie wij uit hoofde van de wettelijke bepalingen bepaalde persoonsgegevens bekend moeten maken;
  • Opdrachtgevers waarmee wij in het kader van een werknemers- en/of personeelsbemiddelingsrelatie een overeenkomst aangaan. De doorgifte aan en verdere verwerking van uw persoonsgegevens door de opdrachtgever is noodzakelijk om de detacheringsovereenkomst met u aan te gaan. Daarbij dient de opdrachtgever uw persoonsgegevens te verwerken in overeenstemming conform de eisen die voortvloeien uit de AVG.
  • Zorgvuldig geselecteerde derden die wij in sommige gevallen inschakelen ten behoeve van onze dienstverlening. Dergelijke partijen kunnen hierbij uw persoonsgegevens onder ogen komen en verwerken. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. heeft met dergelijke partijen een verwerkingsovereenkomst gemaakt waarin afspraken staan omtrent het gebruik en de beveiliging van uw persoonsgegevens

Met uitzondering van bovengenoemde partijen verstrekken wij onder geen beding persoonsgegevens aan derden.

Ontvangst van persoonsgegevens door derden

Van onze zorgvuldig geselecteerde partner-partijen kunnen wij ook persoonsgegevens van u ontvangen. Indien u wordt geselecteerd voor een opdracht dan verstrekt de partner-partij ons naast NAW gegevens in incidentele gevallen ook uw BSN. EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. dient het BSN te verwerken in het kader van de inlenersaansprakelijkheid.

Gegevens inzien, aanpassen of verwijderen

U heeft het recht om uw persoonsgegevens in te zien, te corrigeren en/of te verwijderen. U kunt een verzoek tot inzage, correctie of verwijdering sturen naar privacy@eur-it.nl. Daarnaast kunt u een verzoek indienen om de betreffende verwerking te beperken, hebt u het recht tegen de verwerking bezwaar te maken en kunt u uw toestemming intrekken. Tot slot hebt u het recht op gegevensoverdracht (ook wel “dataportabiliteit” genoemd).

Wij zullen na ontvangst van uw verzoek binnen de wettelijke termijn van vier weken reageren. In geval van een inzageverzoek behouden wij ons het recht voor om maximaal de wettelijke kostenvergoeding per verzoek in rekening te brengen.

Wij willen u er tevens op wijzen dat u het recht hebt een klacht in te dienen bij de toezichthouder. De Nederlandse toezichthouder met betrekking tot gegevensbescherming is de “Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens”.

Beveiligen

EUR-IT Sourcing B.V. neemt de bescherming van uw gegevens serieus en neemt passende maatregelen om misbruik, verlies, onbevoegde toegang, ongewenste openbaarmaking en ongeoorloofde wijziging tegen te gaan. Onze website maakt gebruik van een betrouwbaar SSL Certificaat om te borgen dat uw persoonsgegevens niet in verkeerde handen vallen.

Recruit CRM acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. Recruit CRM collects information on behalf of our customers, and has no direct relationship with the individuals with whom our customers may interact using the Service(s). If you are a customer of one of our customers (“End-Customer”) and would no longer like to be contacted by that customer, please contact the customer that you interact with directly. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Recruit CRM’s customer (the data controller). If requested to remove data, the data controller’s have the option to delete the information of a particular individual. Recruit CRM deletes the data and all associated files immediately.

Other Information

Other information such as End-Customer device models, IP address, usage patterns are also captured by the Service(s). This information is not used by Recruit CRM except in allowing you to view and use this information for targeting future communication with the End-Customers. Content and messages in voice, text or other format created by you or your End-Customers to send or share with other users or End-Customers shall be hosted on Recruit CRM’s servers.

Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Data we process for as long as an Account is active or as needed to provide the Service(s). If you wish to terminate your Account or request that we no longer use Your Data, please contact us at

. We will retain Your Data as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, maintain accurate financial and other records, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. We delete all Your Data on the expiry of 14 days after the termination of your Account, except as otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Processing Personal Information

We are the data processors and not the data controllers of the information on our platform for purposes of GDPR. Our EEA or Switzerland based customers, who control their customer data and send it to Recruit CRM for processing, are the “controllers” of that data and are responsible for compliance with GDPR. In particular, Recruit CRM’s customers are responsible for complying with the regulation and relevant data protection legislation in the relevant EEA member state before sending personal information to Recruit CRM for processing. We work with our customers to help them provide notice to their customers concerning the purpose for which personal information is collected. Recruit CRM has all the provisions to help the EU citizens protect their data and we are making continuous efforts to help our clients protect data by having all the provisions in place to fall in line with GDPR.

We store and process data, including personal information, in the United States and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and possibly in other countries through third parties that we use to operate and manage the Service(s). When you access or use our Websites or the Service(s), or otherwise provide information to us, you are consenting, on behalf of you and your authorized agents or End-Customers, (and representing that you have the authority to provide such consent) to the processing and transfer of information in and to the United States and other countries which may have different privacy laws from your or their country of residence. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Policy. We may enter agreements with our customers located in the EEA to provide them access to our Service(s), which includes the processing of information relating the End-Customers.

We do not own, control or direct the use of the information stored or processed on our platform, and in fact we are largely unaware of what information is being stored on our platform and only access such information as reasonably necessary to provide the Service(s) (including to respond to support requests), as otherwise authorized by our customers or as required by law.

It shall be our customers’ responsibility to inform the End-Customers about and obtain necessary consent for any personal information that is collected through our customer’s use of the Service(s). As the processors of personal information on behalf of our customers, we follow their instructions with respect to the information they control to the extent consistent with the functionality of our Service(s). In doing so, we implement technical, physical and administrative measures against unauthorized processing of such information and against loss, destruction of, or damage to, personal information as more fully described under the section below entitled, “Protection of Information”.

Mobile Applications

When you download, install and use our Mobile Applications, we automatically collect information on the type of device you use, operating system version, and the device identifier (or “UDID”).

We send you push notifications from time-to-time in order to update you about any events or promotions that we may be running. If you no longer wish to receive these types of communications, you may turn them off at the device level. To ensure you receive proper notifications, we will need to collect certain information about your device such as operating system and user identification information.

We collect your location based information for the purpose of locating a place that you may be searching for in your area. We will only share this information with our mapping provider for the sole purpose of providing you this service.

You may opt-out of location based services at any time by editing the setting at the device level.

We use mobile analytics software to allow us to better understand the functionality of our Mobile Application on your mobile or handheld device. This Mobile Application may record information such as how often you use the Mobile Application, the events that occur within the Mobile Application, aggregated usage, performance data, and where the Mobile Application was downloaded from. We do not link the information we store within the analytics software to any personally identifiable information you submit within the Mobile Application.

Analytics

Recruit CRM uses third party software for analytics. All metrics information collected from your usage of the Service(s) shall be transmitted to analytics provider. This information is then used to evaluate how users use Recruit CRM, and to compile statistical reports on activity for us. We further use the same statistical analytics tool to track or to collect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). We will use this information in order to maintain, enhance, or add to the functionality of the Service(s) and to personalize the experience for you. Aggregated information and analysis may be made public where desired by Recruit CRM. Third party analytics software will not share your PII or associate your PII with any other data held by them.

Use of Cookies
